Ensuring customer transactions are secure in a digital environment is a top MVA priority. Learn about the latest trends in digital fraud and how MVAs are working to protect personal information, prevent criminals from accessing MVA digital information, and how MVAs identify those who do. 


Mitigating Risk to Employee Safety

This session is focused on the increase in customer issues that all jurisdictions are reporting in the wake of COVID-19 interruptions to service and how they are dealing with the overall increase in threatening customer behavior. Employees on the front lines of DMV work are taking the brunt of these changes and it is changing the culture of work. Hear from the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) about best practices to understand, manage, and reduce risk to cyber and physical infrastructure. CISA will also highlight free resources available to U.S. jurisdictions to help them build their own secure and resilient infrastructure.

Arizona State Banquet

Join Region 4 President Eric Jorgensen and his team, as they host the final business of the conference, ushering in new the new Region 4 Board of Directors and handing the baton to the incoming regional president. There will also be a check presentation of the money raised to support the Wounded Warrior Project.
