AAMVA supports the adoption of laws or regulations that require vehicle dealers to obtain a NMVTIS vehicle history report or other vehicle history report that includes all applicable data from NMVTIS, for used vehicles they offer for sale, and to provide the report to potential buyers prior to the sale of the vehicle.
