AAMVA recommends that member jurisdictions follow the uniform policy in handling violations by out-of-state traffic violators, as prescribed in the Commercial Driver License Information System (CDLIS) State Procedures,  State-to-State (S2S)State Procedures Manual, Driver License Compact, the Non-Resident Violators Compact, and other relevant policies and procedures.
