The 2026 Road to Zero Annual Meeting took place in Washington, DC, on May 19, 2026, and the AAMVA Government Affairs team represented AAMVA and its membership. The coalition celebrated its 10-year anniversary, and Jonathan Morrison, Administrator of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, made keynote remarks. The meeting also featured speaker panels on vehicle safety technologies and the future of behavioral safety and presentations from Road to Zero Community Traffic Safety Grant recipient projects.
