AAMVA’s Vehicle Programs & Services division is seeking a Program Manager, Electronic Titling. This person will be responsible for the development of national standards and best practices, interoperability framework, guidance documents and model legislation, and optional centralized services including implementation, and operations of the Electronic Titling program.
