On November 17, 2023, Julie Knittle, AAMVA's Director of Member Support for Regions 3 & 4, and Brian Ursino, AAMVA's Director of Law Enforcement, visited the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles and the Indiana State Police in Indianapolis, Indiana. Attendees in both agencies included executives and agency leaders. Julie and Brian provided an update on AAMVA programs and resources available to members, benefits of collaboration as well as further opportunities for AAMVA engagement. Discussions included a variety of topics encompassing new and on-going projects such as license plates, system modernization, mDL, e-title and other jurisdiction priorities.
