On Wednesday, July 22, AAMVA's Scott Vien and Tim Roufa of the Identity Management Programs and Services Division met with the Iowa Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division to welcome Iowa as the 12th jurisdiction to join the AAMVA Digital Trust Service (DTS). The inclusion of Iowa means that more than 50% of those jurisdictions currently issuing safe, secure, interoperable, and privacy respecting Mobile Driver Licenses (mDLs) are now participating in the AAMVA DTS.
