Hawaii will begin using State-to-State Verification Service (S2S) Driver History Record (DHR) functionality and the Medical Examiner Certification Integration Final Rule (NRII) solution from Monday, May 19, 2025. Tasks related to onboarding HI will be conducted on Sunday, May 18, 2025, during the regularly scheduled maintenance window of 2:00 AM ET to 5:00 AM ET. AAMVA is taking all steps possible to minimize service interruptions and will be sending alerts notifying states of Central Site availability throughout the process. Read more here.
