New Jersey will begin using State-to-State (S2S) Driver History Record (DHR) functionality beginning Monday, February 23, 2026. Tasks related to onboarding New Jersey will be conducted on Sunday, February 22, 2026, between 6 AM ET and 9:30 AM ET.

Central Site will be fully functional during the above specified time, except for the scheduled regular weekend maintenance window. All other systems will be up and running during their usual available hours. Read more here.
