From November 7-9, 2023, AAMVA hosted the Region 3 Conference in Des Moines, Iowa, ending with the swearing in of the new Region 3 Board and their president, Robin Rehborg (ND). During the conference, members had the opportunity to network and attend sessions on hot topics, including fraud prevention, driver licensing, vehicle titling, staffing, customer service, and more.
