• King County Records and Licensing Services – The Licensing-Section is responsible for issuance of vehicle and vessel certificates of title and registration vehicle license plates, and vessel decals and for the collection of vehicle and vessel licensing fees, excise taxes and other fees through a delegation of authority (Contract) by the Washington State Department of Licensing (DOL).
