AAMVA's group rate is $299 plus taxes (currently 16.75%). Make your hotel reservation online or through Central Reservations at 615.259.2000 and identify your booking through the "AAMVA Pop-Up 2026."
The hotel reservation cut-off date is Thursday, April 2, 2026. AAMVA is unable to secure additional rooms after the cut-off date, or if the room block sells out prior to the cut-off date.

The Nashville International Airport (BNA) is approximately 12 miles from the Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown. Taxis, Uber and Lyft are available at the airport.
