Rates and Reservations
AAMVA's group rate is $215 plus taxes (currently 15.82%). AAMVA's rate is available three (3) days prior to and three (3) days after the conference based on availability. Make your hotel reservation online or through Hilton Reservations at 1.866.994.6009 and provide the group name AAMVA.
The hotel reservation cut-off date is February 23, 2026.
AAMVA is unable to secure additional rooms after the cut-off date, or if the room block sells out prior to the cut-off date.
Getting to Louisville
The Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) is approximately 8.2 miles from the Seelbach Hilton Louisville. Taxis are available at the airport and the cost will be approximately $26. Uber and Lyft are also available at the airport.
Travel Assistance Available
AAMVA is providing travel assistance to dues-paying agencies for the 2026 Workshop & Law Institute. The amount of funding is based upon the amount of dues paid. If dues are paid by more than one agency, the assistance will be divided between those agencies.
Attendees should register for the meeting, pay the registration fees, book their own hotel and airline, and pay for travel and incidentals. After the meeting, attendees using the travel assistance should complete the expense form and submit for reimbursement. Jurisdiction members should coordinate the expense forms prior to submission so as not to exceed total allotment.
