Sponsoring provides an opportunity to brand and support your image as a market leader within the motor vehicle and law enforcement community and to develop onsite relationships with day-to-day managers in member jurisdictions. 2026 Workshop Sponsor Branded Station at our “Night at the Derby: Welcome Reception”
We’re off to the races this year as we host an interactive, Derby-themed reception to welcome attendees to Kentucky and network with our top sponsors!
Each participating sponsor will host a designated station to include 1 highboy for merchandise, bingo markers, and an interactive game. Attendees will be given a Derby Squares Bingo Card to visit your station, engage, and have fun!
We encourage you to deck out your station with banners, giveaways, or themed merchandise to attract attendees. Participants will aim to fill all nine squares on their cards to be entered into a prize drawing, with winners announced at the Closing Session of the conference on Wednesday.
Participation is exclusive to Diamond and Platinum Sponsors (included in sponsor packages below).

This year we are offering 5 sponsorship packages. The packages and what they include are listed below. The sponsors of the first four packages – Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and Silver - will be selected from a lottery. Slots are limited so send in your requests!
Diamond Level: $10,000

The Diamond Level sponsorship offers one of the following:
- Opening Session Address: Kick-off a great week ahead by addressing our workshop attendees at the opening session.
- Closing Session Address: Leave a lasting impression by addressing our workshop audience at our closing as we end a successful conference week.
Each address is up to four minutes. This level also entitles you to three (3) paid registrations, one (1) station at our Night at the Derby: Welcome Reception, and a company listing in our conference app.*

Sponsors may choose their preferred session from the agenda, subject to AAMVA approval.
