On April 9, Paul Steier, AAMVA’s Director of Vehicle Programs, conducted a presentation at the Automative Trade Association Executives (ATAE) Electronic Registration and Titling Focus Group Meeting in Kansas City, Missouri. Paul provided a presentation on the fundamentals and elements of fully interoperable electronic vehicle titling and electronic vehicle records management. ATAE represents the executives of more than 100 state and metropolitan franchised new car dealer associations in the U.S. and Canada.
