AAMVA’s Tom Foster has announced his retirement effective October 30, 2026. Tom joined AAMVA in 2021 as the Program Manager, Law Enforcement within the Law Enforcement Programs & Services division. Prior to joining AAMVA, Tom served with the United States Army and worked for the Washington State Patrol for 25 years. We thank Tom for his many years of service and wish him well as he makes plan for his next journey.
In preparation for Tom’s retirement, AAMVA’s Law Enforcement Programs & Services division is seeking applications for a Program Manager, Law Enforcement. This person will be responsible for the development, monitoring and disseminating of applicable information to support AAMVA members, stakeholders, and all divisions within AAMVA. This person will also manage, support, and provide direction to committees, subcommittees, and working groups.
