Julie Knittle, AAMVA’s Director of Member Support for Regions 3 & 4, visited Brenda Glahn, Senior Legal Advisor, at the Illinois Secretary of State (ILSOS) and the ILSOS leadership team. AAMVA highlighted programs and resources available to ILSOS and discussions covered topics including e-titling and other vehicle topics, best practices, identity management and mDL, law enforcement topics, system modernization, and priorities for the upcoming year. The day included a group lunch and concluded with a tour at the Springfield flagship facility, a meeting specifically to discuss IT modernization and the mDL key ceremony.
