Julie Knittle, AAMVA’s Director of Member Support for Regions 3 & 4, visited Director Tonya Laney and her leadership team from the Nevada Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV). AAMVA highlighted programs and resources available to the Nevada DMV and discussions covered topics including customer service, best practices, identity documents, CDL, system modernization, and priorities for the upcoming year. The day concluded with a group lunch. Special thanks to Tonya and her team for taking the time to share all the projects and innovations at the Nevada DMV.
