Julie Knittle, AAMVA’s Director, Member Support for Regions 3 & 4, visited Administrator, Amy Joyce, and her leadership team from the Oregon Driver and Motor Vehicle Services Division. AAMVA highlighted programs and resources available to the Oregon DMV and group discussions covered topics ranging from customer service priorities, best practices, commercial driver license, systems modernization and data privacy. The day concluded with a group lunch. Special thanks to Amy and her team for taking the time to share all the projects and innovations at the Oregon DMV.
