Louisiana will be implementing SPEXS REST Driver History Record (DHR), CDLIS Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse (DACH), National Registry of Medical Examiner II (NRII) and PDPS REST along with modernizing their IT systems starting Saturday, September 12. As part of this process, Louisiana's drivers IT systems will be down from 3:00 AM ET on Saturday, September 12, until 3:00 PM ET on Monday, September 14 for CDLIS, S2S and PDPS. Read more here.
