AAMVA’s Driver Committee, Law Enforcement Committee, Identity Management Committee, MVA Operations and Customer Experience Committee, and Vehicle Committee came together last week in Santa Fe, New Mexico, for the 2026 October Combined Committees Meeting. Over the course of two days as a combined group and in committee-specific breakouts, they tackled key issues and discussed CDL policy, intelligent speed assistance, smart glasses, the law enforcement mDL toolkit, the Digital Trust Service, AI in contact centers, and electronic titling.
