AAMVA congratulates Utah on becoming the first jurisdiction to implement AAMVA's RESTful Web Services for their Problem Driver Pointer System (PDPS) and Digital Image Access and Exchange (DIAE) application messaging. All implementation activities were completed on schedule, and since Sunday, January 11, 2026 Utah has been using RESTful Web Services for all of their PDPS and DIAE messaging with stakeholders.
