Schedule at a Glance
We are happy to share education and network opportunities at this year's Region 2 Conference. On Tuesday, put on your fiesta or Southwest-inspired attire to join the fun at the President's Welcome Reception and Dinner, which includes the Exhibitor Lotería Trivia. On Wednesday, enjoy an open afternoon to continue networking with peers and sponsors. Finally, on Thursday, celebrate the conclusion of the 2026 Region 2 Conference, celebrate our incoming Region 2 Board members, and welcome next year's hosts from South Carolina during the Texas State Reception and Banquet.
- Monday, May 4 - Exhibitor Move-In, Region 2 Board of Directors Meeting, and Administrators’ Dinner (invitation only)
- Tuesday, May 5 - Opening Ceremonies and Region 2 Annual Membership Meeting, Quick Connect, full day of sessions, and President’s Welcome Reception. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided.
- Wednesday, May 6 - AAMVA: Yeah, We Do That!, Peer-to-Peer discussions, and morning sessions. Free afternoon for networking.
- Thursday, May 7 - Traditional Past Presidents' Breakfast, Awards Luncheon, full day of sessions, and Texas Reception and Banquet. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided.
