All events and meetings are business casual except for the following:

• Region 2 Board, Administrators, & Planning Team Reception & Dinner (invitation only) – Business, cocktail or business casual
• President’s Welcome Reception & Dinner – Fiesta theme: attendees are encouraged to join the fun by dressing in fiesta or Southwest-inspired attire for the night, such as bright colors, patterned dresses or shirts, boots, or themed accessories.
• Texas State Reception and Banquet – Business or cocktail attire

May temperatures in Austin, Texas, range from the mid-60s in the evenings and up to the high 80s during the day. That, of course, varies, and we suggest you check the weather before leaving.
