From July 21-23, 2026, AAMVA hosted the 2026 Region 4 Conference in Colorado Springs, CO, ending with the swearing in of the new Region 4 Board of Directors and their president, Bernard Soriano (CA). There were 409 registered attendees, including 125 jurisdiction members from 18 jurisdictions. Members attended sessions on topics including identity management, vehicle titling, driver licensing, law enforcement, operations, and more. Along with learning opportunities, the conference provided the chance to network and consult with peers. Networking opportunities included the Exhibit Hall, Quick Connect, AAMVA On The Move, President's Welcome Reception & Dinner, Peer-to-Peer Discussions, Town Halls, Board Social, and the Colorado State Reception and Banquet.
