AAMVA's National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS) State Program Subcommittee (SPS) consists of a group of individuals from various jurisdictions representing each region to collaborate on the resolution of issues pertaining to the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS) state program. The subcommittee addresses and resolves vehicle, title, registration, and brand business issues as they relate to NMVTIS and brings forward issues and recommendations to the Vehicle Committee as appropriate.
