Attendees will hear from early adopters, discover resources to guide implementation, and explore how a connected electronic titling ecosystem can improve outcomes for both agencies and customers.

Join this session to hear about FMCSA updates and other timely commercial driver license (CDL) topics given the changes in the past year.


From Tension to Resolution: De-Escalation Training Success Stories from the Field

This session brings together jurisdictions that have successfully implemented de-escalation training programs for their frontline staff. Panelists will share the training models and approaches they selected, how they customized content for MVA-specific scenarios, implementation strategies including rollout timelines and staff engagement, initial staff reactions and how concerns were addressed, real-world application stories demonstrating the training in action, and how to measure for success.
