Finally, on Thursday, celebrate the conclusion of the 2026 Region 4 Conference, greet our incoming Region 4 Board members, and welcome next year's hosts from California during the Colorado State Reception and Banquet.
- Monday, July 20—Region 4 Board of Directors Meeting, exhibitor move-in, and the Exhibitor, Sponsor, and Jurisdiction Reception.
- Tuesday, July 21—Opening ceremonies and Region 4 Annual Membership Meeting, Jurisdiction Highlights and Innovation, QuickConnect, Law Enforcement and Investigations Town Hall, and the President’s Welcome Dinner at the US Olympic & Paralympic Museum. Breakfast, lunch and dinner provided.
- Wednesday, July 22—AAMVA: Yeah, We Do That!, Peer-to-Peer Discussions, and afternoon networking and immersive experiences: Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs Driver License Service Center, and Colorado State Patrol Speed Enforcement Ride Along. Breakfast provided.
- Thursday, July 23—Traditional Past Presidents' Breakfast, Awards Luncheon, Colorado State Reception and Banquet, and full day of sessions. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided.
